Manned guarding · Astana
Security guards, access checks and patrols for offices, shops, warehouses and industrial sites. Staffing and duties are defined for your premises.
The URPAQ approach
We configure security posts around the site's purpose, size, operating hours and potential risks. We work with businesses and private clients throughout Astana, from offices and shops to industrial sites.
Guards manage pedestrian and vehicle access, register visitors, patrol the site and record incidents. Post instructions agreed with the client define their duties, communications and the procedure for requesting a response team.
Following a site survey, we agree on daytime or round-the-clock cover, the number of posts and the equipment required. Mobile response, CCTV and alarms can be included where needed, with the service scope set out in the contract.
Your priorities
Reception and entry control posts, pass checks, visitor registration and monitoring throughout the building.
Monitoring of shop floors, checkout areas, staff entrances and unloading areas. Theft prevention.
Vehicle entry and exit checks, verification of goods and accompanying documents, and protection of storage areas.
Access control for staff and contractors, workshop patrols, perimeter monitoring and protection of assets.
Round-the-clock security posts, monitoring of equipment and construction materials, and checks on contractors and incoming vehicles.
Posts at entrances and parking areas, video monitoring, and patrols of courtyards and surrounding grounds.

Entrances, vehicle access points, opening hours, visitors, deliveries and contractor access determine the workload at each post.
We identify the areas to be guarded and review existing CCTV and alarms. Guard duties are distinguished from the responsibilities of the client’s staff.
The workstation, communications, access documents and shift handover arrangements are agreed before guarding begins.
Written instructions define duties, authorised actions, access rules and client contacts. Changes to the operating arrangements require agreement.
We agree which incidents and patrols must be recorded, who receives notifications and how information is reported to the client.
When opening hours change, new areas open or an event is planned, we review post duties and, where necessary, staffing.
How we work
We confirm the type of premises and required security schedule, then arrange a specialist's visit.
We survey the grounds, entrances and vehicle access points, then review visitor and vehicle flows, post duties and operating hours.
We propose security post arrangements, technical equipment and rapid response support, then agree on the price.
We sign the contract, prepare post instructions, brief the shifts and supervise the security service.
Questions and answers
The price depends on the number of posts, hours of cover, staffing, equipment and additional duties. The quote lists the agreed services. A final price is provided after the site survey and confirmation of the requirements.
The start date is agreed after the site survey, staff selection and preparation of post instructions. For urgent requests, we check availability and confirm the start date before the contract is signed.
Yes. The contract sets out the duties, schedule and price. Reporting and payment documents are agreed when the service is arranged. We also work with private clients.
The guard follows agreed instructions, stays in contact with the monitoring centre and calls an armed rapid response team if a threat arises. The security post and mobile team work together. Operating procedures and the parties' responsibilities are set out in the contract.
