Intruder alarms
Motion sensors and door and window contacts. Monitoring of selected rooms and areas of the premises.
Alarm monitoring · Astana
Intruder alarms and panic buttons for homes and businesses, connected to a monitoring centre with alarm handling and response under an agreed service contract.
The URPAQ approach
Alarm monitoring connects equipment at your premises with monitoring centre operators and on-duty rapid response crews. We configure the service around the site's size, operating hours and vulnerable areas.
Motion sensors and door and window contacts monitor the premises. When triggered, they send an alert to the monitoring centre, where an operator processes it and dispatches the nearest armed crew. The team checks the site and surrounding grounds and contacts the designated representatives.
A panic button complements the alarm system during working hours. An employee or owner activates it if people are threatened. It is suitable for shops, pharmacies, cafés, offices and banks. Alarm monitoring is also used in apartments, houses, warehouses and construction sites.
Your priorities
Motion sensors and door and window contacts. Monitoring of selected rooms and areas of the premises.
Call a response team if an owner, employee or visitor is threatened, even when the alarm system is disarmed.
Monitoring centre operators receive and process alarm alerts at night, at weekends and during business hours.
The nearest armed crew is dispatched in response to an alarm. They inspect the premises and surrounding grounds and coordinate with the designated representatives.
We consider entrances, windows, the perimeter, storage areas, tills, archives and server rooms. Equipment is selected after a site survey.
We install and maintain equipment under the contract. We check any existing alarm system before connecting it to our monitoring centre.

We confirm operating hours, who arms and disarms the system and who receives notifications. Panic button locations and use are discussed separately.
We review existing equipment, sensor coverage and signal transmission to the monitoring centre. Any replacement or additional devices are listed in the proposal.
We agree on the service address, contacts, access arrangements, scope and price. Contact changes should be passed to the operator promptly.
Before commissioning, we check device activation and receipt of signals at the monitoring centre. Testing is coordinated so it is distinguished from a real alarm.
We explain arming and disarming, panic button use and how to report a fault. Authorised users are agreed with the client.
Checks, repairs, consumables and configuration changes are covered by the agreed maintenance terms. Layout changes and replacement equipment must be considered when configuring the system.
How we work
We discuss the premises, operating hours and whether a panic button is required.
A specialist surveys the premises, checks communication conditions and identifies the equipment required.
We calculate the cost of equipment, installation and monthly maintenance.
We sign the contract, install and configure the system, and connect the premises to central monitoring.
Questions and answers
The proposal separates equipment and connection costs, the subscription and maintenance. The quote depends on the system and the premises. Equipment supply terms are set out separately.
The response procedure and service conditions for the address are agreed when the system is connected. Arrival time depends on location, traffic and access to the premises; there is no single arrival time for every address.
Equipment supply arrangements are agreed after the survey and included in the quote. If an alarm is already installed, we first check its condition and compatibility with the monitoring centre.
Yes. We install door, window and motion sensors in apartments, private houses, cottages and garages. Once the system is armed, alarm signals are sent to our monitoring centre, which dispatches a rapid response team when an alarm is triggered.
