How responsibilities are defined

Transport and security

The contract distinguishes the responsibilities of the carrier, sender, recipient and security team. An escort does not replace transport documentation or proper cargo preparation.

Communication and changes

We identify the main contacts and notification procedure for delays or changes to the route or delivery time. Additional duties require separate agreement.

Completing the assignment

We define when the escort starts and ends, the handover procedure and supporting records. These terms determine the scope of work and the quote.
