For hotel enquiries, we need check-in and check-out dates, guest and room numbers, preferred area and budget. Breakfast, early check-in and late check-out are checked against the hotel’s terms.

Our concierge fee is agreed separately from hotel, restaurant or other provider charges. Before booking, we clarify what the price includes, whether a deposit is required and who receives the payment.

Changes and cancellations

Rescheduling, cancellation and refund options depend on the provider’s rate and terms. We help clarify these before confirmation and pass on a change request if your plans change.
